Since then arguments are not advanced for admission of appeal and for framing substantial questions of law, although the appeal was listed on several occasions. Last chance for advancing submissions was granted vide order dated 07/07/2025. On 22/07/2025, the appeal was ordered to be listed under the caption “for dismissal orders”. The appeal was listed on 04/08/2025, however, the same was adjourned again. On the last date i.e. on 07/03/2026, none appeared on behalf of the appellants even on second call and appeal was ordered to be listed under the caption, “for dismissal”. 2. Today also, even on second call, none appears for the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Second Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
