By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks directions to the Government, to include village Hasnabad in the perspective plan of the academic year 2020-2021. 2. Admittedly, the perspective plan is prepared for 5 years. Now the term of the perspective plan introduced in the year 2020 has come to an end in the year 2025 and new perspective plan must have been prepared and published/declared. The Petitioner is at liberty to apply for inclusion of village Hasnabad in the new perspective plan, to the University. If the Petitioner applies for inclusion of village Hasnabad in the new perspective plan, the respondents shall consider it on its own merits. 4.
