O R D E R (Passed on 14.03.2026) The instant Appeal is challenged by the Original Claimants claiming the additional compensation. As per the award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yavatmal (for short, ‘Tribunal’), Insurance Company was directed to pay the compensation of Rs. 2,99,000/- along with interest. The claim amount granted by the learned Tribunal is already received by the Appellants. 2. The Memorandum of Compromise (Form ‘N’) read and recorded. The Claimants and Respondent no. 3 accepted the terms of compromise. The Respondent no. 3 shall pay the amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- in addition to the amount already paid by the Respondent no. 3 and received by the Claimants, within a period of 60 days from today towards full and final settlement. 3. Court fees, if any, be refunded to the Appellants as per rules. 4. The Respondent no. 3 shall deposit the amount before the learned 2026:BHC-NAG:4472 A-14 Tribunal.
