In compliance with the order dated 13.03.2026 and the earlier order dated 25.02.2026, the learned District Judge, Aligarh has submitted a report dated 18.03.2026, enclosing therewith a copy of a judgment and order dated 20.08.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 14, Aligarh in Sessions Trials No. 524 of 2017 and 554 of 2018 (both arising out of Case Crime No. 12 of 2017), under Sections 302/34, 120B IPC, Police Station- Madrak, District- Aligarh whereby the applicant Mahesh Pal Singh has been convicted and sentenced inter alia to imprisonment for life. 2. An affidavit of compliance has been filed by Neeraj Kumar Jadaun, Senior Superintendent of Police, Aligarh. 3. We have perused the said affidavit, particularly paragraphs nos. 5 and 6 thereof. The said affidavit is taken on record. Let it numbered by the office. 4. The explanation for the lapse noticed in the last order is accepted. 5. In view of the supervening event, this application for bail has become infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 6.
