At this stage, the Court does not find that any relief can be granted to petitioner since there are various disputed questions of fact. Therefore, it would be better that a representation be filed by petitioner to raise her grievance so that it may be considered at first instance by concerned respondent, expeditiously, since on face of it the Court is not convinced that petitioner while working on the post of Silai Teacher is getting salary of a Class-IV post. 3.
