No.9946 of 2019, whereby the respondents have directed to pay the termination benefits to the petitioner and also gratuity by considering the service of petitioner. On 17.07.2026, learned counsel appearing for respondents placed on record proceedings dated 26.08.2025 stating that the orders have been complied with. At that juncture, learned counsel 2 CGR, J C.C. No.1152 of 2021 for petitioner sought time to seek instructions. The matter was yet again listed on 31.07.2026, however, learned counsel for petitioner sought further time. The matter was called today in the first session, none appeared, even in the revised call, none appears for petitioner. Since the proceedings dated 26.08.2025 placed on record report compliance of the orders passed in the writ petition, which has not been controverted to, this contempt case stands closed, however, liberty is granted to petitioner to revive the matter in case cause survives. However, such an application be entertained only if it is made within three weeks from today. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed.
