Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 fairly conceded quashing the proceeding against the petitioners in C.C.No.531 of 2021. In view of the settlement between the both parties, recorded the said submissions, joint memo was filed as part of the record. In the result, this Crl.P petitions are allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.531 of 2021 is pending on the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada for the offences punishable under sections 341, 195(a), 324, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. ______ SUN, J CMK/PVS
