Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the Respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that upon receiving the instructions he filed the affidavit and he has also explained to the petitioners the reasons for his inability to be present on that day. The said reasons were stated at paragraph No.2 of the affidavit. Ms. S. Manaswi, learned counsel representing Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for respondent No.2, reported no objection to allow this application. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also with the consent of the respondents, the application is allowed.
