(Oral) Since it is not in dispute that entire award amount has been deposited by Judgment Debtor-State, as a result thereof, award, which has been otherwise laid challenge by Judgment Debtor-State in Arbitration Case No. 301 of 2024 has been stayed, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh at appropriate stage. Needless to say, question with regard to entitlement of Decree Holder to interest under 2 Section 31(7)(b) of the Arbitration Act shall be decided in the main arbitration case.
