By way of these two applications, a prayer has been made to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner and also for condonation of delay in 0ling the application. Learned counsel for the applicants has informed the court that the sole petitioner, Shri Gauri Dutt, expired on 01.02.2026. The applicants are the wife and the children of the deceased petitioner. He submits that there is a delay of 19 days in 0ling the application as some time was consumed in obtaining the death certi0cate and also other documents which were required to be appended with the application. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the State has no objection in case the applications are allowed. Having heard learned counsel for the applicants, these two applications are allowed as prayed for. The proposed legal representatives of deceased petitioner are ordered to be impleaded as petitioners No. 1(a) to 1(d). Delay in 0ling the application is condoned and abatement, if any, is ordered to be set aside. Applications stand disposed of. CWP No. 3548 of 2021.
