None represented for the petitioners. 3. Ms.G.N. Uma Rani, learned Standing Counsel for the Agricultural Marketing Committees, basing on the averments made in the counter affidavit of the respondent Nos.1 and 2, would submit that, though the matter is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.118 of 2020, the respondent-authorities have already removed the e-transport permit system in the State of Andhra Pradesh and are not collecting any charges, even as on the date of filing of the Writ Petition. Therefore, the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for Agricultural Marketing Committees, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
