Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the latest adjudication by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Surajmani’s case, the petitioner be permitted to approach the Authority afresh with further direction to the Authority to take a call on the representation of the petitioner within a time bound period. 2 2. The petition, accordingly, is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioner approach the Authority afresh qua the issues raised in this petition in light of the adjudication by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Surajmani’s case and appropriate call be taken on the representation of the petitioner within six weeks as from the date of the receipt thereof.
