Considering the factual position as mentioned, in the application, the application is allowed and 30% of the amount of compensation, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.1, along with upto date interest, by remitting the same to her bank account, particulars whereof find mentioned in Annexure A-3 to the application. It is made clear that in case of reversal of the award, by this Court, the entire released amount would be re-deposited, by the applicant, along with interest @ 6% per annum.
