CMP No. 8468 of 2026 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to discharge the next friend of respondent No.1, Ms. Khushi, on the ground that during the pendency of the lis, she has attained the age of majority. To demonstrate this fact, matriculation examination certificate of Ms. Khushi has been annexed with the application. As per the said certificate, her date of birth is 15.03.2007. Considering the said fact, the next friend of respondent No.1, Ms. Khushi, is ordered to be discharged and she is permitted to pursue the present lis in her own capacity. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 8469 of 2026 Reply, if any, be filed on or before the next date of hearing. List for consideration on 16th June, 2026.
