Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not in a position to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), as had been earlier directed. He, however, submits that the observations made in the said order would go on to show that the petition was filed only on account of the continuing cause of action, especially since the present matter pertains to the allegedly illegal felling and the

permission accorded by the Tree Authority Committee for cutting numerous trees, etc.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, he submits that he would file a consolidated petition with regard to the present issues and the continuing violations and illegalities which have taken place. Keeping in view the issue involved, the nature of the controversy, and the requisite information placed on record, it cannot be said that the petitioner is raising the cause for her personal benefit, rather, the petition appears to have been instituted bona fide and in public interest to monitor such issues so that the authorities are also kept in check as per the necessary guidelines.

In such circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh, comprehensive petition detailing all the issues in their entirety. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
