Learned Counsel(s) jointly represent that consequent upon the constitution of conferment of powers of the Commercial Courts at the District Level, and in view of the fact that the pecuniary value involved in the instant case is less than Rupees One Crore, the matter is required to be adjudicated by the concerned Commercial Court. This submission is made keeping in view the Notification dated 18.08.2025 and the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CARBA No.05 of 2025, titled Municipal Corporation, Shimla through its Commissioner versus Tarkeshwar Shah. 2. Accordingly, the instant petition needs to be adjudicated by the concerned District Commercial Court of District concerned i.e. [District & Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur]. 3.
