[2] By an order dated 18.02.2026, this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, High Court of Manipur for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties through mediation proceedings. The Mediator’s report dated 25.05.2026 was submitted by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Manipur, under cover of a letter dated 27.05.2026.
