Mr. Varun Rana, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 has produced a copy of office order dated 28.04.2026, issued by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Solan (H.P.), which is taken on record.
2. A perusal of office order reveals that the petitioner has been conferred with work charge status from 01.04.2002 and thereafter his services have been regularized w.e.f. 23.07.2007. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. In view of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner does not want to press the present petition.
4. Resultantly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is made clear that all the consequential benefits be released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, if any. In case, the benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks, the respondents shall pay interest @6% per annum on the arrears from today till its payment. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 29 th April
