Prayer in this writ petition is for declaring action of respondent Nos.8 to 11 colleges in not permitting petitioners to report and pay fee for admission into PG Medical/Dental courses for academic year 2020-2021 under competent authority quota (Phase I) selected vide web counselling dated 29.05.2020 to 31.05.2020 conducted by respondent No.4 University as also inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 7 in taking any action on respondent No.8 for

closing down the institution abruptly as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of executive powers, violative of the regulations and guidelines of respondent Nos.1 to 7 and Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India.
2. None had appeared on behalf of petitioners on last date of hearing. Today again there is no representation on behalf of petitioners despite matter being listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’. It appears that petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter any longer.
3. Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non- prosecution. No costs.
4. Copy of this order be conveyed to petitioners on given address. Pending application(s) if any including IA.No.2 of 2020 stand(s)
disposed of accordingly.
