Vide order dated 28.08.2020, it was directed that in view of order, dated 30.07.2020, passed by Hon’ble the Supreme Court, if counseling is not required in any of the categories and in case petitioner is found eligible for a seat in any such category, respondent No.2 may deal with petitioner’s request if permissible and possible, and proceed in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that petitioner’s request was rejected, therefore, present writ petition is rendered infructuous. 4. There is no representation on behalf of petitioner. However, we do not find any justification for continuing present proceedings in the given factual matrix as above. Proceedings are thus closed with liberty to petitioner to file appropriate application in case of any subsisting grievance, within four weeks. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. Copy of this order to be conveyed to petitioner at the given address.
