ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“....to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, Particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of the 7 and 8 respondents herein interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of mining rights over land in an extent of 5.000 Hectors in Sy.No.56 of E.K Cheruvu Village of K.M.Kandriga Revenue village, of Bangarupalyam Mandal, Chittoor District is illegal, highhanded arbitrary, without jurisdiction and interfering with State of Andhra Pradesh, violating the joint inspection re-survey communicated to 7th respondent by the 5th respondent and consequently direct the respondent Nos.7 and 8 not to interfere into the peaceful possession and mining operations over an extent of 5.000 Hectors in Sy.No.56 of E.K Cheruvu village of K.M.Kandriga revenue village of Bangarupalyam Mandal, Chittoor District in the boundaries fixed by the joint inspection dated 04.01.2020 communicated in Letter No.1142/01/2007 dated 21.01.2020 to the 7th respondent by the 5th respondent under the supervision of the respondent Nos.2 to 6..”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Sree Ramulu Naidu,
learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be closed, since, the petitioner is not doing any mining operation in the subject land.
3. Sri K.V.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.7 and 8 is in attendance.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
