ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 5th respondent in ceasing of the petitioners 1. Tata Hitachi model EX200LC Hydraulic Excuavator, 2. HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR, PC200-6, 3. JCB200 with Chassis No. PUNJS200L1309010, 4. Tata Hitachi model EX200LC Hydraulic Excuavator and 2 Tippers i.e. 1. AP 39 TC 1177, 2. AP 39 TC 1159, belonging to the petitioners respectfully as arbitrary, illegal, null and void, without jurisdiction and against the norms of the public policy and principles of Natural Justice and violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India..”
2. Heard Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Baliboyina Sravani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that by virtue of the interim orders passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 19.01.2021, the petitioners’ vehicles were released and no further orders are required in this matter.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent- authorities are at liberty to take appropriate decision over the issue according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
