When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K.R.Srinivas, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the contempt case, the Writ Petition itself is dismissed vide order dated 22.12.2022. As such no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
