JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 19-08-2026 The present contempt petition has been preferred by the Petitioner for willful disobedience of the order dated 23.09.2019 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C No.19574 of 2019, whereby learned writ court has directed the proposed contemnor to pass fresh order regarding grant of affiliation to the Petitioner/College. In the show cause Patna High Court MJC No.754 of 2020(4) dt.19-08-2026 2/2 filed by the proposed contemnor annexing the letter dated 02.07.2020 sent by the Deputy Secretary, Government of Bihar to the Vice Chancellor, Kameshwar Singh, Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga, it transpires that temporary affiliation has been granted to the Petitioner for two educational sessions i.e 2020-23 and 2021-24 with direction for making arrangement of the teachers as per the prescribed standard. 2. As such, the order is complied with and there is no contempt made out. Hence the present petition is dismissed. 3. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the compliance order, he has always liberty to take any remedy available as per law. Chandan/- (Jitendra Kumar, J.) U
