The present application is filed for restoration of CWJC No. 19626 of 2019, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 21.01.2020. The petitioners were aggrieved with the notice dated 08.08.2019 circulated on register by the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Mairwa, District-Siwan whereby the date of special meeting for no- confidence motion against the Chief Councilor and the Deputy Chief Councilor of Mairwa Nagar Panchayat, District-Siwan, was scheduled on 17.08.2019 on the basis of requisition dated 29.07.2019. 3. The challenge was also made to the notice dated 17.08.2019, whereby the date of no-confidence motion was fixed, and now a substantive period of more than seven years have been lapsed, and as such, this Court is of the opinion that the matter has become infructuous. 4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as the Patna High Court MJC No.634 of 2020(2) dt.21-08-2026 3/3 State also fairly admits this position. 5.
