The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in proposing to acquire the land in an extent of Ac.2.41 cents in Sy.No.32/1, Ac.2.04 cents in Sy.No.34/1, Ac.2.92 cents in Sy.No.30/4 situated at Bandarulanka Village, Amalapuram Mandal, East Godavari District. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court a copy of the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent dated 19.06.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that the subject lands are no longer required for acquisition. 4. Having regard to the above, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner is resolved and no further orders are required to be passed in the instant case. 5. The said written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 19.06.2025 are placed on record. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
