ORDER:
The present contempt case is filed challenging the non-implementation of the interim order dated 13.07.2018 in W.P.No.24159 of 2018 under which the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court on 13.07.2018 passed an interim order in W.P.No.24159 of 2018, which reads as follows: <Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government leader for Medical and Health seeks time for getting instructions. Since already representation of the petitioners is pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to take decision on the same, if not already taken. In view of the same, there shall be interim direction as prayed for.=
4. On perusal of the said order, it is observed that this Court directed the respondents to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner. Pending the contempt case, the Writ Petition itself is dismissed for non-prosecution on

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, the representation submitted by the petitioner was already considered by the respondents. Hence, the orders of this Court are complied with.
6. Therefore, in view of the compliance of the orders of this court and in view of the dismissal of the main writ petition itself, cause does not survive and no further orders are necessary.
