It is further submitted that the Petitioner in WP(C) No.3106/2020 expired and thereupon a subsequent notice was issued which is the subject matter of challenge in WP(C) No.3294/2025. 3. Taking into account that in respect to the same property, the notice was issued upon the Petitioner in WP(C) No.3106/2020 and the said Petitioner had expired and as there has been no substitution, the said proceedings cannot be further proceeded with. 4.
