Bhattacharyya, the learned counsel who appears on behalf of the Petitioner in WP(C) No.3294/2025 fairly submitted that the said Petitioner is the wife of the Petitioner in WP(C) No.3106/2020. 2. It is further submitted that the Petitioner in WP(C) No.3106/2020 expired and thereupon a subsequent notice was issued which is the subject matter of challenge in WP(C) No.3294/2025. 3. Taking into account that in respect to the same property, the notice was issued upon the Petitioner in WP(C) No.3106/2020 and the said Petitioner had expired and as there has been no substitution, the said proceedings cannot be further proceeded with. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands closed without prejudice to the rights of the Petitioner in WP(C) No.3294/2025. Page No.# 3/3 5. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
