JUSTICE NELSON SAILO ORDER Date : 29.04.2026 Pursuant to the order dated 05.02.2020, passed by this Court in WP(C)/563/2020, the Director of Elementary Education, Govt. of Assam has passed an order dated 10.09.2021, stating that the petitioner is entitled to pension and pensionary benefits as per the Old Pension Scheme. Insofar as the period served by the petitioner as untrained Teacher, she is found to be not entitled to the benefits of time scale of pay. Denial of the said time scale of pay is again put to challenge by the petitioner by filing WP(C)/1869/2025 which is also listed today as item No.59 in the admission column.
