(Criminal) has submitted that although the present I.A. has been filed praying for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the accused/respondent, the Garchuk P.S. Case No. 901/2019 has already culminated in submission of a final Page No.# 2/2 report by the investigating authority. It is further submitted that there is presently no criminal case pending against the respondent in connection with the aforesaid P.S. case arising out of FIR No. 180/2023 dated 16.06.2023.
