Copy of the charge sheet has been produced by Sub-Inspector Mohammad Sultan of Police Station Sogam. 2. A perusal of the contents of the charge sheet reveals that respondent investigating agency has produced challan against the accused, including the petitioner, for having committed offences under Section 366/109 IPC read with Section 3/181 Motor Vehicle Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the grounds projected by him in the present petition shall be urged by the petitioner before the trial court at the time of framing of charges, and he has prayed that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, however, the interim bail granted to the petitioner may be made absolute as the charge sheet has already been produced against the petitioner. 4. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds that he has raised before this Court, before the learned Trial court at the time of framing of charges. It is further provided that interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 14-9-2020 is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained in the said order, as the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet stands laid before the competent court. 5.
