By the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondents to finalize his payment due to him on account of execution of works and release payment of Rs. 26.30 lacs and 8.84 lacs in his favour. 02. Counter affidavit stands filed by the respondents, wherein it is stated that the amount has been released in favour of the petitioner. The respondents have also placed on record the communication dated 1st May, 2024, wherein the petitioner has communicated to his counsel that the Moharam liability has been liquidated by the respondents, amount has been received. 03. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed by the respondents in terms of communication dated 1st May, 2025, as such, the instant petition is rendered infructuous.
