Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Café,which was operational in the premises of the petitioner, has since been shifted to some other place. He further submits that, for the time being, the petitioner does not intend to use the premises for commercial purposes and that, in the event the petitioner intends to use the premises for commercial purposes in future, he shall seek the permission from the respondents. 2. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in light of the statement made by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. The respondents are directed to de-seal the premises of the petitioner and they shall be at liberty to inspect the premises for ensuring that the premises is not used for commercial purposes without permission of the respondents. WP(C) No. 3182/2023 Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the directions issued by learned Tribunal in terms of order dated 27.08.2023 have been rendered infructuous in light of his statement made in the connected writ petition. Serial No. 8 -2- In view of the submission made, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, leaving the questions raised in the writ petition open for consideration in an appropriate proceedings.
