It is submitted by counsel for the appellants that he is under instructions to withdraw this appeal because the appellants do not wish to continue with the same and has prayed that the amount deposited by the appellants towards satisfaction of the award dated 25.07.2019 before the Registrar Judicial be released in favour of the claimant, if not, then the same may be directed to be deposited before the MACT, Rajouri, enabling the Tribunal to take steps for release of the amount to the claimant after proper verification in that regard. A communication addressed to him by the appellants is also placed on record. 2. Given the aforesaid submissions, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to Registrar Judicial that the amount lying with it shall be transmitted to the account of the MACT, Rajouri, with a further direction to the Tribunal therein to release the amount in favour of the claimant after proper verification and identification, as the case may be. 3.
