The petitioners through the medium of this petition seek quashment of FIR No. 155/2020 for commission of offence punishable under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station, Poonch on 15.09.2020 on various grounds. 02. On previous date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent had submitted that the petitioners have been since been discharged by the trial court and a revision against discharge has been preferred by them and learned counsel for the petitioner had been directed to report instructions. However, neither instructions have been imparted nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner today. 03. It appears that in view of their having been discharged in the case arising out of FIR No. 155/2020 under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station, Poonch on 15.09.2020, this petition has been rendered infructuous. 04. The petition is, thus, disposed of having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the petition, in case cause survives. 05.
