A bare reading of the order, referred to above, reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court in terms of another order dated 07.06.2018 passed in petition (SWP No.2115/2017) titled “Tsultim Dolkar and others versus State and others”, provided the petitioners were identically situated/circumstanced as the petitioner in the said case. The petition is pending since 2019 and nearly seven years have gone by. None is present either on behalf of the petitioner to point out if anything actually survives in the matter.
