Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a fresh status report was filed on 08.04.2026, however, same is not available on the digital file.
Be that as it may, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received copy of the said status report. Learned counsel for the respondents has also furnished a copy of the said status report to this Court, which is taken on record. A perusal whereof reveals that the investigation in case FIR No. 190/2020 under Sections 420/188 IPC has been closed as not admitted on 07.12.2025 vide Akhtatmi No. 88/2025.
In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the petition, accordingly, same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
