Matter was referred to the mediation as well, whereas in terms of the mediation report, despite issuance of notice parties chose not to appear for amicable resolution of the dispute. 2. In the case in hand, in terms of order dated 07.02.2020, the proceedings in the complaint filed by the respondent in terms of Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act stood stayed, whereas the petitioner has enjoyed said order till date but chose not to appear and pursue this petition. He, therefore, appeared to have lost interest in the matter, hence this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3. The Trial Court of Munsiff, Bani where the proceedings are pending shall proceed ahead with the complaint in accordance with law. 4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
