At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court on the basis of the factual report received from the SHO, Kotwali, Fatehpur, District Sikar which indicates that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the accused persons, hence under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous.
