1. By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Agency for making fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.647/2019, registered with the Police Station Bansur, District Bhiwadi for the offences under Sections 418, 420, 406, 467, 468, 409 and 120-B IPC.
2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation in the matter, the Police has already submitted final report negative in the instant matter before the competent Court, therefore, the instant misc. petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the remedies available to him under the law with regard to redressal of his grievances.
5. The factual report submitted by the Station House Officer concerned is ordered to be retained on record.
