By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Agency for making fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.647/2019, registered with the Police Station Bansur, District Bhiwadi for the offences under Sections 418, 420, 406, 467, 468, 409 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation in the matter, the Police has already submitted final report negative in the instant matter before the competent Court, therefore, the instant misc. petition has become infructuous.
