1. By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made for quashing of the impugned F.I.R. No.503/2019
(2 of 2) [CRLMP-1559/2020] registered at Police Station Brahmpuri, District Jaipur City (North) for the offences under Sections 420 & 406 IPC.
2. It is averred in the instant misc. petition that the impugned F.I.R. is based on false and fabricated averments and under such circumstances, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case.
3. Perusal of the F.I.R. reveals commission of cognizable offence, however, the correctness of the allegations in the impugned F.I.R. cannot be adjudicated by this Court while invoking its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Certainly, this task has been assigned to the Investigating Agency under the law.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to take all the available defence and grounds at the appropriate stage of the trial.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition stands
disposed of. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
