Serial No. 05 REGULAR CAUSE LIST IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR CRM(M) No. 39/2020 Ghulam Nabi Lone …Petitioner(s) Through: None Vs. Union Territory of J&K Through Commissioner/Secretary ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Haris Khan, Assisting Counsel vice Mr. Faheem Nisar Shah, GA Mr. Shabir Ahmad, Advocate CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 10.04.2026 Nemo for the petitioner. In the matter in hand the record of proceedings would reveal that in terms of order dated 08.11.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen not to appear thereafter the matter was posted for 08.04.2025. On that day the matter could not be taken up for consideration. Thereafter on 30.07.2025, the counsel for the petitioner stayed away from the proceedings and today also, when the matter was taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears from the record of proceedings that the petitioner is not interested in due prosecution of the matter. Even otherwise, there is concurrent finding against the petitioner, which on the face of it neither is perverse nor otherwise. In that backdrop, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction(s), if any, subsisting as on date shall stand vacated. (SANJAY PARIHAR) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 10.04.2026 Shabroz
