By way of filing this petition, a prayer has been made for issuing direction to the Investigating Agency for conducting fair and impartial investigation to F.I.R. No.156/2020 registered at Police Station Tunga, District Jaipur City (East) for the offence registered under Sections 376 & 506 of IPC, 1860 and under Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that after thorough investigation in the instant matter, the Police has submitted Final Report ‘Negative’ before the Special Court of SC/ST Cases, Jaipur Metropolitan on 18.02.2021. (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6170/2020] 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is rendered as infructuous. The instant criminal misc. petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 4.
