Accordingly, OWP No. 1120/2017 is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. WP(C)PIL No. 17/2020 : Per, the averments set out in para (3) of the affidavit dated December 29, 2025, the Competent Authority upon due consideration of the matter has Sr.No. 06 WP (C) PIL No. 17/2020 c/w OWP No. 1120/2017 permitted the retention of the residential accommodation in favour of Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad, Former Chief Minister of the erstwhile State of Jammu & Kashmir and Mr. Ravinder Raina, Former President, BJP J&K Unit, till March, 2026. And, upon the expiry of the said period, the matter of allotment/ retention shall be placed before the Designated Committee for review/necessary orders. Adjourned to 06.05.2026.
