This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner feeling aggrieved by order dated 10.10.2018 & 15.01.2019 (Annexure P/1), whereby, the expenditures of his Srilanka ADITI DIWAN KAIWART Digitally signed by ADITI DIWAN KAIWART Date: 2026.08.25 17:17:05 +0530 2 (WPS No. 293 of 2020) Exposure Visit to the tune of Rs.1,08,998/- have been deducted from his arrears bill. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities may be directed to refund the deducted amount of Rs.1,08,998/- to the petitioner with an interest @ 12% from the date of deduction. 3. Learned State Counsel would submit that the petitioner’s representation is pending consideration vide Annexure P/4 and the same would be considered and decided. 4. Be that as it may, the concerned respondent authority is directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner on its own merit strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
