In this writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but inaction on the part of the respondent authorities for not considering the case of petitioner for grant of employment under SECL in lieu of acquired land. 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent-SECL would submit that the petitioner’s claim has already been considered and decided by SECL vide order dated 04.07.2025, whereby it has been held that the petitioner is not entitled to the grant of employment. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing further survives for consideration in the instant writ petition, which is accordingly rendered infructuous.
