Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has already make representations (Annexure P/10) for grant of pending salary from May 2015 to July 2016, before the Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Sakri, District Bilaspur and Block Education Officer, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur, however, the same has not been decided yet, therefore, he prays for direction to decide the same within the stipulated time. 3. Be that as it may, the concerned respondent/competent authority is directed to decide the petitioner’s representations (Annexure P/10) for grant of pending salary from May, 2015 to July, 2016 within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order on its own merits by passing speaking and reasoned order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
