Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made several representations before the respondent authorities for grant of family pension but no action has been taken till date. 3. In that view of the matter, if the representation of the petitioner has not been considered and decided till date, the Collector, Bilaspur/concerned respondent authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation for grant of family pension by passing a reasoned and speaking order within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under intimation to the petitioner. 4.
