Mr. Sourabh Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file appropriate representation, which will be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within 30 days subject to furnishing of necessary documents. 4. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondent No.2 which will be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within 30 days from the date of filing of the representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order, absolutely in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands finally disposed of. 6.
