In the present case, petitioner was transferred by order dated 22.08.2019 from Janpad Panchayat, Lundra to Janpad Panchayat, Baikunthpur by the State Government and pursuant to the transfer order he took over the charge after relieving on 24.10.2019. Thereafter, order dated 27.05.2020 was issued by Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Baikunthpur, for transfer of the petitioner to Janpad Panchayat, Lundra, against which the instant writ petition has been filed. 2. None for the petitioner in two rounds. 3. On perusal of the records, it appears that since this Court has passed interim order dated 22.07.2020 and stayed the transfer order dated 27.05.2020 (Annexure P/5), which is still operating after a lapse of more than 06 years, therefore, the impugned order dated 27.05.2020 (Annexure P/5) is hereby quashed. However, respondents are at liberty to pass fresh transfer order against the petitioner, if there exists any administrative exigency. 4.
